Trying to download files from Salesforce but nothing happening

I was able to workaround this by changing the download destination to a different drive. Yet I am still unable to use the 2tb D: drive which was my original downloading location of choice. I tried to check permissions of my drives and they look different for my 4tb and 2tb, when I assume they should have the same settings, so I am not sure if something was changed also see screenshot.
So more clearly, I had been using the 2tb D drive as my download location in edge, suddenly it no longer works and says I dont have permission to save to that drive, although I AM able to change the download location to the 4tb E drive and am able to download fine and normal. I am worried something has been tampered with the 2tb drive permissions idk why this happened suddenly?
I have run malwarebytes scans and it finds nothing so I am not if it is related to virus at all or not. I would just like to be able to download files to my 2tb drive again, and to find out why all of a sudden the permissions have changed. Posted 18 October - AM. I know Nebraska stated February 7th, It depends on the state form you are looking for and need at this time. The only forms not available according to your link are business related. I can't even get personal Missouri files to download. Same issue here, I've attempted a clean uninstall and reinstall and different hard drives even. At this point I'm concerned about hitting a install limit.
I'm also having the same issues with IL. Goes back to "start state" loop after it checks for updates. Gets irritating. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I've tried manually downloading state. Nothing works. Same for SC. Two weeks and they still haven't fixed this. I definitely wont be buying TurboTax again, lesson learned. Why sign in to the Community?

I have an apex class that converts the file to base64, and returns that as the result. This was working fine when running the app against the org I developed on Enterprise Edition , but when running it against a sandbox we deployed to Performance Edition , I get an error that I've exceeded the heap size limit if the file is larger than a few MB.
This is with the exact same files that worked fine on my enterprise org.
